In a glass jar, mix all the chia pudding ingredients together and stir a few times over a minute to avoid clumping. Refrigerate overnight.
MethodAdd all smoothie ingredients into a blender and pulse until well combined. Pour over the top of chia pudding and serve with grain free granola.
