Breakfast strawberry chia pudding

This is such a lovely combo of flavours & one of my favourite post workout snacks. Perfect for breakfast, a snack or even dessert!


Chia pudding Ingredients
  • 2 Tbs white chia seeds
  •  1 tsp maple syrup
  • few drops vanilla essence
Strawberry smoothie layer Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • raw vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 tbs rice malt syrup or stevia



In a glass jar, mix all the chia pudding ingredients together and stir a few times over a minute to avoid clumping. Refrigerate overnight.


Add all smoothie ingredients into a blender and pulse until well combined. Pour over the top of chia pudding and serve with grain free granola.
