Healthy triple chocolate brownie smoothie

Mmmm, who doesn't love a good brownie and what better way to enjoy the flavours of this delicious treat than in the form of a smoothie!

  •  1 large frozen banana
  • 2 Tbs cacao or cocoa
  • 1-2 medjool dates
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp chia seed meal
  • chocolate protein powder (I use raw vegan)
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • top with dairy free chocolate sauce, cacao nibs and crushed walnuts. 

Method

Method

Add into ingredients into a high speed blender and pulse until everything has been well incorporated. Pour into a glass jar and enjoy!
