Why would you want to grab a sugar & dairy filled chocolate bar when you can try something like this! Why did I reference Chocolate Mud Cake? Because it seriously takes like one! Only difference is your not going to feel as guilty afterwards and the best news is it's refined sugar free, dairy free, gluten free and actually healthy for you!
Although you can eat these little delights straight away, I find refrigerating them for a couple of hours to harden a little which to me tastes much better. You may of course also freeze them for a more chewy consistency, either way your going to love!
Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashew nuts
8-9 plump medjool dates
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tbs white sesame seeds
1/4 cup ground chia seeds
Method:
In a food processor, pulse all ingredients for a minute or two until dough like and stick together. Roll into balls and serve.
