Raw Vegan Snickers Inspired Ice Cream Bars

These Snickers Inspired Ice Cream bars are dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free meaning they are a much healthier alternative than the original.

Feel free to use whichever sweetener you prefer, whether it be rice malt syrup, stevia etc.. I have just used what I think taste best with this combo of ingredients. You can also use roasted peanuts which tastes amazing. The peanut butter I had on hand was smooth but crunchy also works lovely in this treat too!

Enjoy!
