Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 cup medjool dates
  • 2 tbs almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste or essence
  • 1 level Tbs coconut oil, pinch cinnamon
  • dash maple syrup
  • 1 cup raw walnuts

Method

Method
  1. Add all ingredients except walnuts into a food processor and blend until you get a fudge like consistency.
  2. Crumble walnuts into the bottom of the moulding tray. Pour caramel mixture over the top and freeze until hardened.
