The perfect on the go or in between meals/workout snack!
RAWSOME HEALTH BALLS ~ (use certified organic wherever possible)
1 cup natural rolled oats
½ cup unsweetend coconut shreds
10 medjool dates
½ cup raw pecans or macadamia nuts
1 heaped tbs walnut or almond butter
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
pinch Himalayan crystal salt
Optional Super foods to add in: 1 tsp lucuma or mesquite powder.
Blend all ingredients In food processor until they stick together, roll into balls and coat in desiccated coconut.
Best kept refrigerated in an air tight container. Freezing is also an option and my preferred way of eating them!
