Method

Method
  1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients until they stick together, roll into balls and place on a flat dish while you make the chocolate sauce.
  2. Combine all chocolate ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Drop the balls into chocolate sauce until completely covered and remove using small tongs, place back onto tray. Once all have been covered in chocolate, sprinkle hemp seeds over the tops and place in an airtight container in the freezer.

Note: I keep mine in the freezer for long life and preference of texture, refrigeration is also fine as long as they are kept in an air tight container and consumed within a couple of weeks.

Method
  1. Place all main ingredients into a food processor and pulse until ingredients and almost crumb like and stick together. Roll into balls and place on a flat tray.
  2. Mix all chocolate ingredients in a small bowl and dip balls in one by one and placing back on tray.
  3. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and freeze in an air tight container.

I prefer to keep these balls in the freezer for longer life and texture preference. Refrigerations them would be ok however will not keep as long. (2 weeks max).
